There are lots of activities for the whole family. We enjoyed good food on the property 😋 and everything was in walking distance from all rooms. There are lots of other things to do near this resort.
We went with our daughter, granddaughter and son in-law. It was a great time. The waterpark was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than door knob being loose on bathroom door room was clean and comfy. The grand country buffet breakfast was so good.
We saw baby cockroaches in the rope fence, chair and one in our room.
But all in all, kids had so much fun. The line is not crazy on slides which is great.
Very clean. Cute room with bunkbeds. Top bunk is smaller than a twin mattress. Pool was fun. Lots to do! No complaints.

It is what you see on all pictures! For kids absolutely with it !!! Our family definitely enjoyed it . Water park has 2 sections. LOTS of water slides. (They are not little kids friendly) but they have huge sections for little once .
Despite that facility not new and motel stile, there was no place i rather stay . We wore considering Hilton , but for what we needed, it was perfect. EVERYTHING in one place . Very comfortable!
Great for kids with all the activities on the property. Arcadebis a money pit so stay away. Buffet is decent not great but good for the money. Can hear what is going on outside from your room but we slept okay
We enjoyed our stay a lot the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our kids ages 8 and 4 had a great time we rented the clubhouse room and I recommend that for any one with kids. My girls loved having there own little house and it came with a TV in there for them. Room was very clean the pool was nice as well as the water park. The only thing I didn't like was paying full price for breakfast after spending 575 on the room for two nights, it would have been nice for a free breakfast option. Other than that it was great.
Rooms were clean, lots to do, and staff was very kind!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience.

This is a good place to take kids if you’re in Branson and just want something easy where everything is in one spot. The kids will have fun and there’s enough to keep them busy for a while.
That said, it’s definitely not a high-end resort. The buffet was pretty bland, just your standard buffet food, and the arcade is pretty limited. Check-in was also slower than it should be. I waited about 30 minutes just to get to the desk.
The pool area is decent with the wave pool and slides, but that’s really about it. After a few hours, it felt like there wasn’t much else to do there. The hot tub was also underwhelming and felt more like something you’d see in someone’s house than at a resort.
Overall, it’s not bad, just a more basic, family-focused place. If you’ve ever stayed somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge, this isn’t on that level. But if you’re just looking for something simple where the kids can have fun, it does the job
