Find Hotel with a Concierge in Ozarks

"The bathroom was disappointing for a king suite. We had to ask for bathrobes. The room had cobwebs above the bed. Love the Chase but could be a lot better. We like to stay in the CWE to support the diversity. The young female bartender was amazing. Don’t know her name but she was awesome! "

"The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. I was very upset about having to wait so long.close to an hour each time, sucks. Never had this happen before. "

"We only stayed here one night, so we didn't get to explore it much. It has a really pretty lobby and community areas. Brochure says it has hiking trails outside but it was rainy while we were there. The room was cleaner than most hotels, but price is reflective of that. The bathroom sink water pressure was terrible, at one point just trickling out. Thankfully the shower had good water pressure. I never understand why hotels no longer have bathroom fans, the mirrors and everything in the...

"Our only complaint about our stay was the mattress on the bed. It was very hard. I had to sleep on top of comforter and other covers for a decent comfort level. They should replace with a new mattress or at least put a mattress topper on it. We stayed in room 451K"

"Very historic hotel, which is beautiful and fun to see. The hotel is on a mountain top and has great vistas. But the hotel is showing its age and is not well maintained. Our room was large and interesting Victorian room. The bed, linens, and pillows were nice. But the carpet was old and the bathroom was not great. Breakfast buffet was good. Eureka Springs is fabulous. The price was reasonable, so I still recommend it, but just be aware of it’s limitations."
