We checked in late in the evening, One gentleman was friendly & the other was not remotely friendly. Noticed a yellow circular stain on the bedspread. We went to Wal-Mart and bought mattress pads and sheets. Greasy substance on nightstand, used napkin on the floor, and bathroom was an odd set-up with the counter so close to the toilet it could be used as an armrest. If you're considering staying here I strongly suggest you consider somewhere else.

The hot tub and pool had floating hair balls that made you not want to swim. Half the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms were comfortable.

It was a pretty hotel and had good customer service. There is a lot of things to close to the hotel plus an outdoor mall right next to it. I would go there again next time I am in town.

Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Then only issue was finding parking later in the evening. My Mom is disabled and we were not able to get a disabled parking spot the first night but Staff came outside to help us find a suitable spot. I think that was above and beyond. We will stay here again for sure.

Very nice room with one king bed, sofa and lounge chair. Very nice Christmas decorations. Easy drive to Dolly Parden Stampede. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staffwas very pleasant and gave ideas of other places to see like Top of the Rock.
