"I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay! "

"Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with amenities provided, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location is good if you like to go out drinking, clubbing etc however it is in the kind of red light district with love hotels everywhere so keep that in mind before booking. Overall 9/10"

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable. The second issue was with their laundry room. If you need to do laundry, you have to wait hours to use one of the four machines. Once you use it, the drying function never actually dries your clothes even after two hours. I had to catch my flight with wet clothes in my bag. There are machines on the market that can wash and dry in 30 minutes. I think the hotel should invest in those machines. Most of them are energy efficient nowadays. If the hotel is trying to conserve energy, two hours to wash and semi-dry is not the way to do it. For the travelers who like to wash while traveling, there 24-hour laundromats in the area but nothing near this hotel. The 24 hour laundromats have 30 minute washers and 30 minute dryers. "

"Very nice, clean, well maintained property. Breakfast included (I stayed 3 nights). Heated toilet seats with bidet <3 style of property and room very futuristic, sleek, and tech savvy. Glassed water is free but no stations to fill up water bottle/canister. Was surprised worker filled up my bottle with sink water but I think that’s normal here, hopefully she wasn’t being degrading (fingers crossed). Otorii station to get everywhere is mins away (near subway) as well as 7/11 & Lawson. Tōkyō /shibuya/Shinjuku 30min away. Hotel shuttle awesome, offered me late checkout to accommodate flight/shuttle. Would stay again. "
