"Very nice hotel. Room are small by US standards but fine for our visit. The best thing for us was that it was directly connected to terminal 3 of the airport. We had a 14 hour flight into Tokyo and being able to walk across the terminal to our hotel was extremely convenient and easy. We were able to shop a bit before going to sleep. In the morning, a short elevator ride to the departure terminal to catch our early flight. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was a nice mix of western and Asian food. I would definitely book this hotel traveling in and out of Tokyo in the future. "

"Close to shops and walkable distance from train stations. It's actually away from the sketchier part of Shinjuku so you don't encounter the touts on your walking path to main shopping area or the train stations. I have stayed there twice and will be staying s third time when I visit again in a few days."

"We had a great time at the location. At first I was scared because I had been reading the reviews of how small the rooms were but honestly they were ok. Our room had two double beds and a pull out couch so we were able to fit 3 adults and 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons with no problem. We did get a corner room. Everyone was very nice. I wish I could have had their breakfast but it was sold out during our entire stay. 7/11 is like 30 steps away and don quijote was 3 minute walk. "
