"It was a convenient stay as we were visiting an elderly relative in Southport. My wife was a bit uncomfortable in bed saying it had some lumps in the mattress. She was unable to have a shower as all the hotel rooms only have a shower over the bath and she cannot climb over the edge. From a safety point of view there was no handrail for the shower on the wall. We will not be staying there again."

"We went to stay with friends for a couple of nights to catch up and see more friends nearby. We had a wonderful time. Amy made us feel really welcome through her messages in advance and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies she had left for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The log fired hot tub was a real treat and we barely left the cottage the whole time, except to walk round the locks and back.
