"The property is nice and clean, however the security staff can be rude when attempting to clear the bar. Kicking out guests when a taxi is en route to stand in the cold then immediately informing guests of the hotel who were sat with them to go to their rooms in an abrupt and rude manor only to be seen leaving, getting in a car and going home rather than waiting for their guests to be safely departed."

"We booked this one night as we were visiting the 'Northern lights' show .... it was a saturday night and you couldn't beat the price on any other hotel in newcastle for what you got. A beautiful suite with kitchenette, walk in shower, king bed, lounge area, 24 hour complimentary hot drinks & water downstairs and a beautiful continental breakfast!!! ..... this hotel totally excelled our expectations and wil DEFINITELY be back again. 😁"

"Great place as stayed in on of the suite looking over the water, check was quick despite a couple of issues but resolved quick. Parking charged at £15.00 for onsite parking which I always think should be included. Suite was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast which was fresh and prompt "
