"Ready at our ETA. Quick access (online check-in, key in door). Owner came to make sure we were OK, answered our questions, told us where he was (next door) in case we had a problem (we didn't). Didn't bother us again. We had the small Dairy Cottage - plenty of room for the two of us - but patio doors straight onto the big garden which the other cottages didn't seem to have.
