I was afforded early check in which was perfect and I am so thankful that the staff was intuitive enough not to add any stress to an already very stressful situation. "Can't really get any much better location in Manhattan for connections. All amenities in place, clean room, kind and helpful staff, endless choices for food and leisure within walking distance. Only lifts can have quite a waiting time during busy morning hours. It's Hilton, they know their job. Can't really go much wrong with them."
