It was great to be able to come home after a day on the slopes and relax by the fire with a drink from the bar. Hakuba house is conveniently located near to shuttles and restaurants, and the staff were happy to drop us to dinner and make reservations for restaurants and Onsens. "

"We spent two nights at this hotel in a Japanese style room. We found the room comfortable and spacious. I very much enjoyed the public bath in the hotel and visited AM and PM for a relaxing soak. The hotel is a quirky mix of modern and traditional and we appreciated this.We had a wonderful breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel restaurant and the staff was always gelpful and kind. We found everything very walkable to this hotel. The station, castle, art museum, shopping, restaurants and coffee/tea/sweets are not far. We would definitely stay here again and we really loved the vibe of Motsumoto!"
