"This home has comfortable couches and beds. There is plenty of living room seating for a huge crowd. There is an additional couch not shown in the photos. There are plenty of spices and kitchen tools if you plan to cook. There are two refrigerator/freezers. The seating area around the fire pit and on the dock are very relaxing. The river is gorgeous! There is a rooster next door that crows ALL day long. He does quiet when it is very dark outside. You can barely hear him when inside the house....

"Before we had checked in Cherri had emailed us with instructions and told us to call with any questions . The house was very clean. Loved the beach theme. The kids loved the bunk beds. The owner was very kind and left lots of snacks.This was a plus as the closest Walmart was about 30 min. Also wine was provided which I would have indulged in if the kids were not around. The waterfront is not big but the kids were able to kayak for the first time and also was able to catch their first fish....

"We had a great time on our trip to this river house. We visited the springs rented a boat and went fishing from the dock. The host was amazing and very friendly she was quick to respond and super helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. Would definitely stay again. "
