Island Oasis is located on the upper level, two flights up from the carport, which is under the house. You can pull through if necessary. This unit has a full kitchen and is available for two people. Perfect for those couples looking to come to Cedar Key and be directly downtown, within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The front balcony allows you to sit outside and observe the folks coming and going, with water/sunset views and gulf breezes. The living room has a smart TV and basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, stove with oven and full size refrigerator.

My wife and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary here and had an AMAZING time! The property is so clean and perfectly situated to be within walking distance to everything Cedar Key has to offer. Mrs. Betsy was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Very convenient to all the downtown and oceanfront shops and restaurants. Easy walk to all…balcony affords view of gulf..great for morning coffee or evening cocktails ! Everything was neat and clean

The property and town were great. The condo was just fine and we enjoyed it. Only recommendation would be to put some tint or thicker blinds/curtains on the bedroom window. The neighbors security light came on one night and was very bright. We'd stay here again, thanks

Few things would make it better...it was SO GOOD!!!
Everything about the process was smooth and efficient. Only two suggestions, both from my wife...cut down the palm tree on the right side of the porch as you look out...it obstructs the best view. For less than $500 you can install a tankless water heater for unlimited hot showers, and save on your electric bill, too. No 'actual' complaints at all.

Relaxing weekend getaway
The property is just as advertised. It clean and comfortable. The view of the Gulf is beautiful from the balcony and all the shops and restaurants of Cedar Key are within an easy walk.
