"Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it."

"We enjoyed our stay here. In the heart of downtown it was super convenient to walk everywhere. The room itself was comfortable, great beds, and loved the wood shutters to make the room super dark for great sleep. Only critique was that the front desk seemed understaffed every time we went by, only 1 person working and lots of guests needing help. Besides that, would definitely stay again. "
