"My family of 5 stayed in one of the family suites, which had 2 double beds and twin bunk beds. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a decent-sized gap under the door leading out to a small balcony, which could allow access to bugs entering the room. Although we did NOT see any bugs at all in our room. Again, our room was very clean. A simple weather strip under the door would fix that. Dreams Miramar was a lovely hotel...

"My husband and I had a great time. The hotel is close to restaurants and beaches and a short uber drive to Old San Juan. We received fresh towels daily and the staff are very nice."

"Staff are enthusiastic and very helpful. I wasn't going to use the VIP perk but she provided the wine without me having to ask which was nice. I didn't like the parking for the hotel. It was a little inconvenient. Sure it was a minute walk but if I want to go out at night, I don't feel safe walking that minute to a parking lot. Everything else is fine though.
