From the restaurant staff to house keeping - they recognised us, remembered us, knew what we liked and what we needed and made sure we had everything we needed without even asking sometimes. This hotel was perfect for my family and can’t fault anything! Would love to go back one day! "

"This is the BEST hotel experience I’ve had in my life! The staff is the best. We met James on arrival who helped open the taxi door, helped with our bags, assisted us to the room. Our entire stay he was always available to help with anything we needed. He advised us about attractions and everything we needed to know. Sylvia at the front desk was warm and inviting. She made sure we got a very good room with views to die for. She was able to answer questions we had. I got a Spa gift for my birthday which was a nice offer. Every single staff member had a smile and always offered help even when we didn’t need it. Dining room staff were nice as well. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai owes us nothing except a trip back."
