"I found a bug was flying inside my room. I got bitten then my leg was swollen. When I came back from Dubai I went straight to ER for treatment. The doctor found out my leg was bitten by bug. My leg was really bad already when she check the results. Stay away on this hotel. "

"Jonrad Hotel no longer exists.It closed a month ago and Expedia did not notify us.We arrived by taxi after a 17 hour flight from New Zealand at 6am to a closed and deceased operating Hotel.This is very stressful and costly for us.We expect a full refund and apology from Expedia. We had to waste our precious day in Dubai looking for other accommodation ."
