"We decided to take an early Valentine’s trip from Central California to hit Pismo area. We went to the Madonna Inn for dinner and then we stayed here at the Sandcastle, which was lovely but I was surprised that they charge $25 for parking so be prepared for that. Apparently it stated someplace in the paperwork when I made my reservations, but I didn’t see it. "

"First time staying here and we loved jt. Location was perfect, only a few steps to the beach. So many food options and the pier within walking distance. Staff here was very kind and helpful as well . Will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We've been coming to this property for over 25 years we love coming here every 2 to 3 times a year it's one of our main properties we stay at on our way to Wine Country if you're really into history and a unique experience I would highly recommend this hotel just be aware that it is older and it's not very modern but if you really appreciate history and antique Style decor and don't mind the rumors of having it being haunted you will love this place"
