"My boyfriend, dog and I had a lovely stay in this room! The room is charmingly furnished with thoughtful touches all around. Interacting with hosts was always pleasant, yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy. The bed comforter was SO COMFORTABLE, and we loved having the patio fire pit to use as well. Location is just a short drive from downtown Pismo (so fun!), Avila Dog Beach, a coffee shop, and lots of other local spots. We hope to come back! "

"We had teenage grandsons and younger ones. (age 1 & 4)The park across the street was so fun. The pond nearby was amazing, we saw beavers, a raccoon, bats and a variety of birds. 5 minute walk to the beach. FUN!!!"

"Property is well suited for families with two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs and large dining table for meals, games, etc.. Downstairs also had a "couch" that was the size of a double bed and very comfortable. Had beach access and beautiful views from living area and master bedroom. "We stayed here 3 nights and we had a blast. The game rooms were perfect for both adults and kids. The houses had everything we needed to prepare meals for 20. These hosts thought of everything you need including chairs,towels,boogie boards and sands toys."

"Upon arrival everything looked exactly like the listing. Great location next to the beach. Everything was clean and organized. The views from the kitchen were beautiful. All the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels galore! I loved that every room including the living room had throws/blankets made it very cozy. The only downsides were the couches were leather and not very cozy or comfortable. Also, the TV was pretty small for that...
