"Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated. This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again. "

"Great for a night’s stopover. Room was warm due to hot water coming through the large heating pipes that we had no control over. Radiator was completely off, but still a bit warm. Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Was surprised to see ironing board and iron in room. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Coffee not good though. All in all, served its purpose and would use again if in the area. "

"I asked the Reception if there was a guide on how to set the heater she said that someone would take a look.I also asked how to you turn on the towel rail in the bathroom I was told it is only there for looks and does not get hot, which did seem odd as it is connected into a socket and it is the only source of heat in the bathroom so our showers were taken quickly .Then during the night i had to turn the heater off as it was so hot so i dont think it was looked at."

"Reminded me of an american style motel. That said it was clean, well-presented and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."
