"Property is very clean and the staff is excellent. Eric in the pool bar was our favorite bartender he made the best margaritas and was so attentive to guests and friendly. All the wait staff in the restaurants were great as well. The only things we did not like about this Riu is how hard it was to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants. We were there a whole week and were only able to eat at one of them. The app reservations never showed up all days were booked up. Other than that...

"We needed a quick stay since our plane was super late. We got to use the pool and had dinner. Stayed at the room and had a shower and quick nap. The hotel was nice, room was clean, and staff was nice amd welcoming. "

"The staff at the front desk was not friendly. A bit rude in my opinion. Room service took over an hour when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. Staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor. When we asked about it we were told they were cleaning out the drain and there was nothing they could do...
