"This is a cute place. We had our own little kitchette if we had stayed longer. We were there for one night. They will have to add some silverware but if you plan on a longer stay and to utilize the kitchen along with your food bring some plastic silverware. Maybe cause of covid rules the silver was limited. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. The shower was great. Hot, cold and pressure! And big.. which tops the magic 3.. lol The room was large and comfortable. Quiet and dark at night....

"Hello, I booked what I was certain was a King room. What I got was a dingy room with Two double beds. No working AC, nor could I open a window. The ONLY high point were the restaurant staff. Super disappointed for the last night of our holiday 😞 Kelly Rowe"

"This is not a hotel, it is a hostel and it is not right that it is advertised as a hotel, the room and bathroom were clean, what I did not like, is that you have to share the bathroom with another room. I only saw the person who seems to be the person in charge once, she gave us the key to the gate and the room. Before arriving you have to call a phone number to say what time you arrive but they never answer that phone. It does not have any sign that says hotel and the photo that you put...

"I had arrived at Ayenda Suites Ejecutivas Monterrey at 11:10 pm on April 13, and I was not able to enter the hotel since their front door was locked and after banging on the door for a number of times, I gave up, and left the site. The hotel is in a rundown condition with a big pothole in front of the door. "
