"I really liked the beachfront location and ocean view room. Definitely worth it to upgrade. The food was good, not amazing but definitely plenty to eat. The drinks were decent as well. It's overall a good deal for the money especially if you plan to consume adult beverages and there are lots of pools. There's even a water park but I would not let anyone under 10 use it. Those waterslides are crazy! "

"We needed a quick stay since our plane was super late. We got to use the pool and had dinner. Stayed at the room and had a shower and quick nap. The hotel was nice, room was clean, and staff was nice amd welcoming. "

"First time visitors to this resort. After booking then reading reviews, I was a little worried about the experience to come. I will tell you, It takes a little bit of listening and time to review all of the paperwork provided at check in. If you take the time to do that, you will be fine. Many people choose not to buy all inclusive. If you are all inclusive, you just need to realize there are some items that are not included and you need to prepare for that. "The staff at the front desk was not friendly. A bit rude in my opinion. Room service took over an hour when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. Staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor.
