"Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that "

"its in a safe area from what my uber driver mentioned , the place has 2 keys one for the front gate and one for the room, room needed a DEEP cleaning , because it was clean but the covers were dirty and the walls near the bed were dirty as well as the bathroom curtains had mold on bottom. but besides that it was a comfortable 1 day stay."

"Me and my husband stayed for 4 days. Had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view was Beautiful and the pools were very relaxing. The condo was very cozy and felt like home, I definitely recommend this resort for your next stay."

"The condo is in a great location with great views of the ocean, beach and the Malecon from the front patio and a great view from the back patio of the river, stadium and aquarium. We walked the boardwalk every day, walked to many restaurants and the aquarium. The condo is very new and clean. Loved it! Our host Gabriel responded very quickly to ever question we had. The pool is lovely too. "

"This was an absolutely amazing place to stay for the week. It was our first trip to Mazatlan, and I loved every moment of it. Two things for those interested. First, set your expectations on sound.... This apartment is right on the beach and right on the main avenue. This will provide you with incredible sunsets and views of the water (we saw whales the first day!), but the tradeoff means that on the weekends, you're going to have a lot of noise from the avenue and the malecon. "Clean place, nice neighborhood. Only bad thing about it is they don’t provide toiletries for shower, all they have is hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen so be aware and bring your own bar soap and shampoo. Also; although there’s a washer/dryer in unit, there’s no detergent so if you’re planning on doing laundry during your stay, you have to buy your own as well.
