"Stayed here for 5 nights with my adult children during cherry blossom season. We were so impressed with the hotel and its staff we changed our plans to travel to Osaka, and instead extended our stay in Kyoto two more nights. The hotel is centrally located near great shopping, restaurants, sites, and transportation. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and beds are luxuriously comfortable after a day of seeing beautiful Kyoto. Breakfast buffet is delicious and served in a beautiful room. I only wish the hotel bar was open in the evening so we could linger longer, but there are plenty of bars nearby."

"Hotel is conveniently located to train and bus stations. Lots of high end shops around too aside from drug stores and convenience stores. Walking distance to Nishiki market, Gion and other attractions. Wish we had more time in this area."
