"Generally, the hotel has an excellent location, a walking distance from Moscone convention center. The services are also good, including the breakfast. A small comment about water bottles. During check in, you got two small water bottles and no more. They should provide new bottles on a daily basis. Alternatively, they can provide a re-fill one to use. Other than this small point, I liked the hotel."

"Asked for early check in…told I would have options to choose a room when I got to the hotel. Got to the hotel…no rooms available. Had to wait for a room to be available. Ultimately…did get a room. No Kleenex in the room and had to ask for a disposable shower cap."

"Everything was good, except, what sucked was we couldn’t mirror our devices on the tv unless we had HDMI cables or just wanted to watch tv on satellite. There was a weird greenish stain on the carpet which made me think about a past stay at a different place which had a lot of pet hair on the floor, in turn made me think about everything that can be on the floor. Getting bathrobes and towels had taken a minute, we only got to enjoy the hot tube for about 15-20 minutes but I don’t blame them...
