"Hotel offered muffins, coffee and tea in lobby. Bedding was super comfy. Room was very clean. Whirlpool on 22nd floor provided comfort to sore muscles. Laundry facilities offered 2 washers and 2 dryers and detergent. Front desk offered change."

"Very nice stay. Stayed here with my 2 kids while attending Metallica M72 concerts. We had a blast and the hotel was perfect for our needs. More hangers in the bathroom for towels would be a good upgrade. Will stay here again!"
