"Staff was great! Grace, Trish, Tim,Frankie. Guys who have beach chair rental too. Gift shops and restaurants on property made it very convenient for anything. Bar open later nice option after dinner and before returning to room. Some construction still going on for the sun deck and lower level but did not cause any issues. Best was we were able to get our room early as we arrived from early morning flight! That was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back"

"Only issue is I found long women’s hair around the bathroom. I’m a man and I’m the only one who stayed in the room. The housekeepers or the manager of the housekeepers need to do a better job!"

"I had booked this for 1 night with some friends. After arriving the front desk was very helpful & kind. When we got to our room we loved it. It’s not like all the other chain hotels. It’s unique and was an amazing time. Only minutes from the ocean. Pool was great & bar was a fun time. This is walking distance from tons of great activity’s. Their sister restraunt the Yucatán had awesome food. Live music and a great atmosphere. Don’t listen to the few bad reviews people have given. I had 0 issues and an amazing stay. 10/10. 100% will be staying here in the future on my next trip. "
