"The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

He said we would need a different room so we started repacking all our things. We were moved to a different room in another part of the building. "I loved the staff, the room, and the food. However, the property was outdated; I had just been to the pool and beach. It was my anniversary, and they gave me a cake with the words "Happy anniversary." I appreciated that. I would give everything a 7/10."
