"Everything was great. Rooms were clean! Staff were amazing. However....I wish more authentic Jamaican doodmwas served. We are there for the Jamaican culture experience. "Food was 8/10 , pools and lazy river were filthy. A/c drained my daughter slipped and fell. Bar attendant at the main lobby was very rude. His name is Leoniel. Bell men were very attentive and very friendly. Staff in the main buffet was cordial , Keisha from mangoes was so polite. Very boring hotel! Will definitely not going back to the Hiltons in the near future. Way too expensive for the subpar amenities and property . "
