The service and attention was great, It was my son’s bday during our stay and they surprised him with a birthday gift when we got back to our room from an excursion. Was pretty happy with my stay. "

"The only issue I encountered was the parking fee. It would be much more transparent for guests if the cost of $1500 JM per night for garage parking was clearly communicated in advance. Alternatively, it should be included in the total price at check-in. Clarity on this matter would greatly enhance the overall experience."
