"Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!"

"The view was beautiful but misleading as there is a huge, ugly bauxite plant on the left, not shown in any photos. The noise was extremely loud and annoying from all the trucks with air brakes, motorcycles and cars with loud mufflers from the road directly below the unit. It was so loud that we couldn't converse with each other on the balcony or talk on our cell phone. The description said "occasional noise"; this is completely misleading and inaccurate. "This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....
