"I enjoyed the resort, it was beautiful and close to the beach. Check-in was fast and friendly. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable. The room was very clean and smelled good. The food needs some work and the customer service was poor in the restaurants. I could not get a drink or mimosa two mornings (buffet) and at the specialty restaurants I could not get any refills. "After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful.
