"I booked at the resort because we wanted a 2 1/2 bath unit. Unfortunately we got a 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit. I also wanted to trade up my unit to a2 bedroom ocean front because the resort was showing availability and management denied me the opportunity to pay for the upgrade. "

"Check in was all done by text that they initiated the day of arrival. I had a code to get in which was so easy. Parking was right in front of the building. The room was as pictured and clean. My only comment would be the remodel quality is not what I would expect for the price I paid - I was clearly done too quick with a lack of attention to detail with a missing deadbolt latch and things like drywall anchors with nothing in them. But the room was fine- tile work was nice, furniture was clean, and despite it seeming to be fully booked all three nights it was quiet with no disruptions to our sleep from neighbors. The location couldn’t be better. Right on the beach but a little away from the public area. Our room was not ocean view, but it still had chairs to sit outside and its steps away from the beach no matter which room you’re in here. I would definitely stay here again. "
