"This hotel has nothing to offer. There is a microwave, fridge, and a safe. Not even one cup for water or anything else. Very noisy, right next to the road. No desk to put your laptop on and I couldn't get hooked up to Wifi. Never again.!!"

"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"Visible black mold was evident throughout the rental unit. My wife, who is allergic to mold, began the night in our room but ended up moving to our car. We had a three night reservation but left after the first night. There’s no one on site to speak with; check-in and all other communication is done remotely by text or email. I sent a text with pictures of the mold to the property manager and notified them we were leaving early but didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply never mind an apology....
