"We were very happy at this hotel overall. The only thing I think they could have done (while the staff were very polite) was take our bags up to our room, after a long day and having to check in late, we did tell them all of this but they just watched us take all the bags up our selves, and there were so many of them just standing around. We stayed at a two star hotel that managed to do that without us even mentioning it. "
