"Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again."

"This home on Playa Potrero had everything we needed for our party of 13 adults and 4 boys, ages 5 to 8 to enjoy 8 days in Costa Rica. It was perfect to just walk outside the home and be on the beach, listening to the waves roll in was so relaxing. Greg the property manager was always quick to respond to emails and text messages. "We held our yoga retreat here, and everyone had an amazing time. Plenty of beds, and the house was beautiful. The Chefs were amazing and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It was a GREAT surprise when a lady came by, right after we arrived, stating that they offer massages out on the balcony and gave us their business card. Needless to say some got a massage Mon Wed and Fri. They were great! Highly recommend this home!"

The service provided by the host, property manager, and others such as the pool service, housekeeper, and security were also great. "The road up the hill is absolutely horrible even by Costa Rica standards. But the house is better than the photos. The only knock I can give it is one of the bedrooms is downstairs and you have to go up the outside stairs to reach the rest of the house and it doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The view is breathtaking and Silvia is an absolute sweetheart and does a great job. All in all I highly recommend it. "

I love that it was so well stocked with everything from kitchen basics to hair dryers. The two washers and dryers were put to good use.
