"We spent a week in this seven en-suite villa RIGHT on the beach in POTRERO. We could not have asked for anything better. The huge bedrooms and living areas all fit our needs, and the sunsets were spectacular."

"We might have to go here every year! This is one of the most exceptional locations we’ve been to thanks to the upscale villas surrounding the town and the general beauty of Las Catalinas. The concierge desk was like having personal assistants to any requests to arrange transportation or reservations at other local restaurants or adventures. The staff were very accommodating in every way. Every time you ask for something the reply would be “it’s my pleasure…” All the staff were bilingual, the room was spacious and comfortable, modern and well appointed. We loved walking out of our room right onto the beach where you have plenty of amenities if you choose to indulge in beach sports or leisure. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return."

"A beautifully landscaped property on the black sand beach of Playa Potrero. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, the lounge area by the pool and beach was very enjoyabke, and the food was nice (even the free breakfast). There are a handful of restaurants and a food store within a 5 minute walk as well. We would stay again. "

"We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthdate. The property was amazing and easily accommodates large groups. The 9 bedrooms were spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The large dining room fit our group of 14. I would highly recommend getting some meals prepared at the house by their in house staff. Ana was great getting our airport transfers even though there were multiple flight delays. She also set up our excursions- horse back riding, fishing, private sunset catamaran cruise, ATV . Jimmy the property was also awesome and very responsive. I would also recommend renting golf carts from Chip & Jennifer who couldn’t be any nicer. The owners Greg and MacKenzie were very responsive and easy to deal with. This property is one of a kind in a beautiful setting. "This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience."

"The 5 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom provided more than enough room for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The private pool and 6-person golf cart were put to great use throughout our trip. The concierge Arturo, was fantastic! His communication style was very warm and helpful. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and he was able to have the problem fixed the next day. We requested a gas grill and beach chairs on Christmas day and both showed up on the next day. Arturo was also able to contact Reserva Conchal golf course in order to help us schedule a tee-time...without his help we would not have been able to play at this amazing course. Additionally, Arturo helped us schedule a private chef for a couple evenings and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this booking!"

"Perfect location for us. We enjoyed every bit of our time spent here. The house is well equipped, the pool is wonderful. We could not have asked for more. There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice."

"Great house in a convenient area. Stayed here 6 nights between Christmas and New Years. The local manager, Tropical Homes, made everything so easy to check in, including meeting us at the house upon arrival. They were also super responsive with a few questions during our stay. The house itself is updated and easy to operate. There are vacant lots on each side so no neighbor noise. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and walked the couple blocks to dinner each night. A little car dodging on a road with no shoulder but doable. The sailing center was closed for an extended period during our stay, so if this is a factor, perhaps confirm it’s open. The beach down the block is nice and not crowded. No shade. The sand is a little dark and grainy so people go to others with softer sand. If you try other beaches, go early and probably not on a weekend. There is very little parking and the traffic in and out can be chaotic even if you get a parking place. We got in a huge jam at Flamingo beach. Owner Mike was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He provides a nice info sheet and list of recommendations in the area. We ate 3 times at the brewery restaurants. We waited 2 hours for food at Perla’s one night, so can’t recommend that. We loved having the kitchen to make breakfast and lunches as dining out is pretty expensive In this area and can take a long time. The house is very well stocked with supplies and eqpt. Great stay!"
