"Perfect location for us. We enjoyed every bit of our time spent here. The house is well equipped, the pool is wonderful. We could not have asked for more. There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice."

"We held our yoga retreat here, and everyone had an amazing time. Plenty of beds, and the house was beautiful. The Chefs were amazing and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It was a GREAT surprise when a lady came by, right after we arrived, stating that they offer massages out on the balcony and gave us their business card. Needless to say some got a massage Mon Wed and Fri. They were great! Highly recommend this home!"

"The road up the hill is absolutely horrible even by Costa Rica standards. But the house is better than the photos. The only knock I can give it is one of the bedrooms is downstairs and you have to go up the outside stairs to reach the rest of the house and it doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The view is breathtaking and Silvia is an absolute sweetheart and does a great job. All in all I highly recommend it. "

"The minute you walk through the door the view is stunning! The house is an amazing architectural wonder with a perfect view of Playa Ocotal. Close to Coco, walking distance to two beaches, and Father Rooster restaurant. You can get fishing trips and jet skis trips out of Ocotal. "The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"Lovely little unit that was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the terrace, but as others have mentioned, a shade umbrella would have really added to our enjoyment. Everything with condo was great. There is no parking at the condo, but the shuttles to the parking lot come by every few minutes. Really appreciated that the shower had a safety bar! Everything very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. "Beautiful home, excellent location, excellent communication, super clean, showers and bathrooms were great, same as beds. Love that there is a shower outside by the pool and that you can access a bathroom from outside. I came with family, it was 8 of us. I cooked for the majority of the time and they have pretty much everything for me to cook. There is not much of containers for leftovers, but that’s not a big deal for me. They also have great recommendations for restaurants that we tried too....
