"Amazing house!! This is our second stay in this house. It’s a great location, feels very private and surrounded by jungle. But so close to the beach and Sámara. We really enjoy the location, the house has everything you need, AC is cool, and the pool is a highlight. "These pictures really do showcase this property. It’s a beautiful home. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. You’ll have amazing sunset views and monkeys will be swinging in the trees around you. Our family of 7 stayed here for 6 days. The pool is a great size and we enjoyed dinner on the grill in the outdoor kitchen. The driveway is steep to get up but totally doable. We had a wonderful experience and we’ll be back. "A Spanish villa nestled 30 min north of Nosara in a gated community ideal for a quiet or peaceful retreat away from the tourists of Nosara especially during high season. Car highly recommended to else a local driver may be referred but cash only and for a hefty price. Views are amazing around here and 10-30 minutes away from a super market or civilization. Will definitely stay again."

"Incredibly relaxing, beautiful views, clean & awesome pool. VERY responsive & helpful concierge service provided by Blue Sands. They met us at the house, explained the alarm system & went over the property. Be sure to rent a 4X4 in the rainy season - it’s a must in order to navigate some roads. We legit had to cross a river bc we chose the quickest route by google maps but a bridge was out! There is a grocery store about 5 min drive. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic pots/pans/coffee maker....

"The place was as described! It was a rocky ride over as we drove for about an hour on bumpy dirt roads the last hour to the house. It's best to reach the house before sunset. The driveway is a little steep so you definitely need 4 wheel drive to drive up and also to get into Islita. The property manager who lives at the bottom of the driveway came and greeted us when we arrived. She was nice and showed us around. The bedrooms each have an a/c unit. Just be aware there can be the occasional bug....
