"This is an amazing property. Quiet but near enough town to walk. Everything on one level. Bathrooms in 2 of 4 bedrooms. Pool is small but was perfect to sit and hang out and perfect for kids! Host cleaned pool and put out fruit to attract birds every morning. We saw howler monkeys, toucan, And several other birds. Host incredibly helpful! We had a light switch not work and he came within 5 minutes and replaced it. Very safe neighborhood. Road to get in a bit rough but very doable. Will...

"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...

"We enjoyed this new townhome. The management team was Very helpful with the locating of the home( it was challenging for us) the check in, and dinner reservations. They also coordinated a driver to take us to and from dinners. The only downside was that there is construction all around and it starts really early in the morning and goes all day."

"Property was nice overall. It rained all 3 days we were there. We had a 4x4 so easy to access the driveway - but it could be a problem if you don't have one. We struggled with getting information on how to check-in. We arrived at 2 am and host asked us to call 30 minutes prior to arrival and meet for keys. "We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many vacation homes. This one was, hands-down our favorite. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. The view is stunning. The owner/host was so kind and made our stay even more memorable. Even our two teenage boys loved the house and didn’t want to leave! "The unit was very clean and looks brand new. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any issues. The cleaning crew came each morning. The only negative I can think of is that the pool is smaller than it seems in the listing. Overall a 5 star stay! "

"This house was perfect for our family of four. Downstairs there’s a private bathroom and open air kitchen along with a plunge pool and a separate facility for laundry. There’s a covered sitting areas that’s really nice as well. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate entrances and hammocks. The property is fully fenced in with gated access. We felt very safe. "
