As other reviewers have said, we had plenty of room to be together but also plenty of privacy. Even the rooms near the kitchen were quiet when others were in the kitchen. Fantastic property, easy communication with the owner and the housekeeper. Her translation app made it easy to "talk" with her. We couldn't have asked for a better place!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at Casa Velas and it was our seventh time to Palm Beach Estates on Playa Grande. This newly renovated house/compound is our favorite. It’s right on the beach, has plenty of shade and seating for everyone, and an exceptional, sparkling pool that is large enough to float and play in. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there is a bathroom attached to each of the five bedrooms. No sharing of bathrooms is amazing!We had meals prepared for us every morning and...

"My family, 6 of us all adults stayed for 4 days. The views were amazing, the place was very spacious and comfortable for entire group. The infinity pool by unit was great, as well as the pool down by beach and so was the restaurant. The views were unbeatable, and the beach was excellent. We were only 10 minutes from town, so easy to get groceries etc."
