Clean rooms, friendly helpful service and excellent location. Easy walking distance to the train station and Times Square with many stores and dining choices nearby. We would definitely stay again

Amazing location and large rooms!
Took our twins for their first time to NYC to see the tree. Our stay was great! The location was perfect! The nighttime front desk woman was so sweet and very friendly! Breakfast was delicious. This is our new hotel for when we stay!

The staff at front desk was very nice but the room was horrible. Holes in sheets, shower had almost no water pressure, had to request hair dryer which barely blew air, no wash cloths in the room. Room very noisy from bar next door. Staff was very nice and friendly, even though room condition was less than satisfactory. They were not able to move us, but did try to help when we asked for extra sheets and towels. I felt bad because they were so nice and had really nothing to do with room conditions.

Service was excellent. Only noticeable (minor) annoyance was the loud heater. It would bang every so often and ran really loud. Nothing major. My stay was enjoyable.

The hotel was in a perfect location, 1 block from Penn Station and 10-15 blocks from Times Square. The place could use some updating but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The location of hotel is very good, the next junction is Macy's. Room is clean and comfortable. Only grouse is the breakfast offering which contained exactly the same items for my 2 nights' stay.
