"Fantastic experience. Staff were super professional and helpful. Excellent recommendations. Hotel look exceeded expectations. Our room was perfect for our trip - up to date and clean. The complimentary water, coffee and Prosecco were such a nice touch. Housecleaning did a phenomenal job. We were there for 3 nights and the noise of being in Times Square was minimal I was surprised. If I have to complain about one thing it’s the elevators - they’re so slow and get filled with restaurant patrons....
