"Stayed for 2 nights last week. Staff was very friendly and waived the early check-in fee. Room was clean and quiet. Great location close to Times Square. Hot water took a few minutes to get hot on the 9th floor, but overall a very pleasant stay. "

"Hard to believe the affordability of this hotel. For an ultra clean, modern, and large!!! room with a view in midtown Manhattan, we were delighted. We were upgraded at check-in without even asking for it--go figure. Our complaint: The lousy buck fifty a slice pizza place nearby. Looks like there's a proliferation of dozens of the same type place in the area. We'll look up reliable review sources (not Google reviews) about where the good pizza is next time. Still, a great hotel."
