"Great central location: excellent staff especially bar and dining room…however I found the number of homeless people in the main area of Edinburgh incredibly confronting and a constant reminder of how fortunate we are to be able to travel. But how do we address homelessness?"

Excellent stay.My daughter had called hotel to say it was a special anniversay and they had upgraded our room and gave us complimentary goodies with a card. All sraff very helpful and friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service.Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room very comfortable so great nights sleep. Vincent spoke to my daughter on the phone and he was lovely and only too pleased to help with her request. Thanks for lovely stay."
