"Very nice hotel We did have problems with the heat so the room was a bit cold which made it uncomfortable (April in Scotland) Staff unable to rectify properly before we left. They said the plumber had been called but the plumber never came to our room to fix the heating issue? The reception staff said the manager would get in touch with us about it, but it is now 5 days since we checked out and we have heard nothing. Not good follow up as this is not a cheap hotel by any means. "

"From beginning to end everyone was very pleasant and friendly and service was prompt. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and relaxing. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and our server was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying there and hope to do so again myself."
