"The location is ideal! It is a short walk from the train station with bus and tram stops steps away. Even though it is right on a busy road it is a quiet sanctuary. The room was a peaceful place to end every day of walking this gorgeous clean city. The breakfast buffet was a delicious way to begin each day. It was the only hotel in my price range that offered 2 twin beds in the same room. Unlike the US, a “double room” means 1 bed for 2 people. "

"The first thing I will mention is the elephant in the room. The rooms in an Easy Hotel are small. They are essentially just a bed and a shower/toilet room. I've stayed in an Easy Hotel before and that is perfectly fine for me. I'm only going to be sleeping and showering there anyway. Edinburgh Easy Hotel is much like that but it is also smack bang in the centre of Edinburgh. You can literally walk out the front door and see the castle. Tram and bus stops are right there too, as well as cafes, other eateries and shops. The only thing I might mention about the Edinburgh Easy Hotel is that I could hear people talking in the rooms next to mine. If you are a light sleeper then you may want to bear that in mind. Me, I wouldn't hear a nuclear bomb! Overall I was very happy with my stay. The staff were pleasant, the room comfy and warm (in a very cold January Edinburgh) and it was cheap. That gave me more money to enjoy beautiful Edinburgh."
