"I highly recommend this property especially for extended stays in Edinburgh. Great location close to all the sites, the tram line, Haymarket and Waverley Stations but a little bit off the main road if you want some quiet. Great neighborhood with lots dining choices. "Lovely stay in a club room but would have liked a better view , there was something making a humming noise outside which kept us awake in the last night , would like water to be put in the minibar so chilled on arrival , also a heated towel rail , also no water cups at the spa , overall very good , would like the option of eggs Benedict at breakfast or fried egg/ omelette . Food was very good , also would like extra pillows in room "

"Enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely, our queen room was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay and hotel staff friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our room but unfortunately we didn’t make it (overslept in the comfy bed). Only slight downside was the heat in the room, far too warm. The room was like an oven when we first arrived so turned the heating off for the rest of the stay and opened the window, but it didn’t cool down. Also the bar was closed when we returned...
