"Absolutely brilliant location, just behind Princes Street on a much quieter road. Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Loads of shops within walking distance. All transport options within walking distance. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Staff were incredible. We did have to ask to change room as the bed was broken (a loose slat underneath made the mattress very uneven) but we were given a new room immediately so no big issue. "We enjoyed our stay at the property because of the smooth transaction from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and we were provided with toiletries, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. They also provided us with a hairdryer, electric kettle and microwave which was very convenient. Our room was very spacious and even though it was near the road, it wasn't noisy at all. The location of the property was very favourable because it's close to the bus stop and there's a grocery shop nearby."
