"Cool experience staying in the capsule. The main downside compared to a traditional hostel is that I didn't see my roommates at all - everyone gets into their capsule and there's little interaction. It could have just been the people that were there at that time, but I think a capsule is great if you're looking for privacy and not so good if you're looking to interact with fellow travellers.
