"The condition of the room and hot spring facilities in the room were fine. The shower head didn't work though. At check in hotel staff had the wrong name on our reservation and it took longer to check in. Breakfast was a plus. A passable place for an overnight stay in Wulai."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"Staff was excellent and professional. Property was slightly dated, but not by much and still very comfortable. Everything was walkable - 2 MRT stations, night market, etc. It was close enough to get to Daan and Taipei 101, but far enough that it was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend."

"I had an exceptional overnight stay at Palais de Chine Hotel. The luxurious atmosphere and attention to detail truly stood out. From the seamless luggage service and efficient check-in to the thoughtful touches like fresh glass-bottled water in the room, everything felt personalized and refined. The turndown service, complete with perfectly arranged curtains and bed, added to the comfort, and both the shower and the bath tub were indulgent highlights, complemented by the plush robe. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a direct connection to Qsquare Mall. Overall, a flawless experience that I would highly recommend!"
