"Friendly helpful owner. Clean rooms and communal areas. Great place away from the busy city, great east china sea view. Weather could have been a little better but was are in November. The local 7eleven is convenient, need to speak their language as one of the older lady is not very helpful."

"Great location. Excellent breakfast and incredible facility for kids to play all day. Walking distance from Yehliu geopark and aquarium. Hotel is accessible by bus from Taipei Main Station but you would need to walk for about 10 mins or so."

"The best things about this resort is the staff. There is very limited dining. We were told to walk to the 711, but the neighborhood was so sketchy that we came back to take a taxi. The staff were nice and called the taxi. The taxi driver was hostile when we wanted to pay with a credit card. We were exhausted and not yet picked up any Taiwanese money. He refused to take us to an atm. He got out of the car and yelled at us so much that the lady from the front desk heard him and she graciously paid...

"Very good location right in front of Ruifang train station. Perfect to use as a base to explore Jiufen, Pingxi and the surrounding area. A lot of hiking opportunities at your fingertips. The hostel is spotless, cleaner than most hotels we've stayed at in Taiwan! For once the pictures are representative of the location! Sound insulation seemed okay.
